It all started while talking with colleagues at my old job, in the year 2023. They wanted to go on a group vacation but, didn’t know where exactly to go to. Now, what started as a brainstorming discussion, soon had me put together an extreme budget friendly and highly entertaining travel plan for them, to visit the wonderful Island of Lagos city, within Nigeria. The largest island, they will ever get to witness and one that never sleeps. Yes! It is a 24 hour around the clock Island, filled with fun engagements, rich culture, hospitality and positive vibrations. It is also home to famous entertainment super-stars like Burna Boy, Davido, Wizkid, Asake, Tems and more.

Now, they were curious to know how I got to know all that. Well, that is simply because I lived there and created many wonderful memories there. Plus, my family own residential properties there as well, till date. So, most definitely, I am ALWAYS visiting for family related reasons and fun engagements.

Yes! My colleagues had visited other islands but, were completely unaware of this amazing Island, which was like a city ... "within a city". Now, just imagine that for a minute.

Right then & there ... Ex-Hodos originated.
